Popeye is best when he’s moving. This pose builds total stamina, unity, and balance in the body.

1. From Popeye Plank, inhale and extend your right arm to the right side.

2. Gently place your fingertips on the floor, and hold for five to ten deep breaths. Repeat on the other side.
